About This Project
Helle and Grant asked me to design their three bathrooms and later, the entire house.
This project involved a complete interior overhaul - replastering, architectural detailing, window treatment, lighting and colour scheme throughout. Bespoke designs included a woodburning stove fireplace and contemporary oak staircase. The hygge snug retained its Danish authenticity whilst the rest of the property showcased a mix of streamlined simplicity and unpretentious designer furnishings. Collaborating with craft and supplier specialists procurement deliveries were coordinated to various installation schedules.
Scandinavian Meets Coastal
Working alongside an in-house team of building contractors, the interiors were meticulously prepared to fit complementary mouldings and surrounds. A contemporary natural colour scheme was selected to preserve flow and interconnectivity from room to room and, as a single concordant interior space.
