About This Project
After designing their three bathrooms, Helle and Grant asked me to their entire house.
This project involved a complete interior overhaul - replastering, architectural detailing, window treatment, lighting and colour scheme throughout. Bespoke designs included a woodburning stove fireplace and contemporary oak staircase. The hygge snug retained its Danish authenticity whilst the rest of the property showcased a mix of streamlined simplicity and unpretentious designer furnishings. Collaborating with design specialists and suppliers the project delivered to installation schedules and the highest standards.
Authentically Scandinavian
Working with an in-house team of building contractors, the interiors were meticulously prepared to perfectly fit architectural detailing and mouldings. A natural progression of contemporary colours ensured effortless flow and interconnectivity throughout. From the hygge snug to the cosy bedrooms, new oak-glass staircase and wood burning fireplace, this beautiful property personifies the traditional Danish interior with its elegant utilitarian designs.
